Ingredients to prepare tasty Doughnuts with jam:

3 cups of flour,
6 grams of yeast,
3 cups of milk,
1/2 cup of sugar,
5 egg yolks, a pinch of salt,
1/4 cup butter or margarine,
spoon of spirit,
half a jar of jam,
1 liter of oil,
powdered sugar,
package of vanilla sugar

Recipe to prepare tasty Doughnuts with jam:

Crumble yeast in a glass, add a spoon of sugar and two spoons of warm milk. Wait until yeast rise and then add a whole egg and spirit, and then combine everything with flour. Butter should be melted. Pouring it gradually keep stirring until the pastry is matte. Cover it with a kitchen cloth and put it in a warm place so that it could rise. Place the pastry on the pastry board, form a roll with the diameter of about 5-7cm, and form 30-35 equal balls from it. Flatten each ball and put half a teaspoon of jam in the middle. Press together the edges carefully, sprinkle the doughnuts with flour and put them with seams to the bottom. Leave them for a few minutes so that they rise. Heat cooking oil in the pot. Fry well risen doughnuts until they brown nicely, turn them over and keep frying. When brown on both sides  - check with a stick if the pastry does not adhere to it. When taken out of the pot and drained off, coat them in icing sugar mixed with grinded vanilla sugar. You can frost and sprinkle them with cut orange rind. When they cool off, place them on a big plate.
