Ingredients to prepare tasty Poppy-seed cake :

Dough: 45 grams of flour, 15 grams of butter, 5 grams of yeast, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, a bag of vanilla sugar, 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 1/3 teaspoon of salt

Layer stuffing: 25 grams of vegetable butter, 2 cups granulated sugar 6 large eggs, 2 and 1/2 cup poppy, 1 cup semolina 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 almond, raisins, 80 grams of apples

Crumble: 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter

Recipe to prepare tasty Poppy-seed cake:

Brew and grind two times 2 glasses of poppy seeds. Peel apples, grate them with grater with thick holes and squeeze the juice.

Beat margarine with icing sugar, the yolks and then add poppy-seeds, semolina and baking powder. In the end add 6 stiffly beaten egg whites, nuts and dried fruit sprinkled with flour, and almond oil.

Pour the mixture into a tin inlaid with baking paper. Roll the mixture with paper.

You have to bake the Poppy-seed cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.

You can pour chocolate coating glaze over the cool cake and sprinkle it with desiccated coconut or nuts.
